THE BOARDING KENNELS:
I saw the need in the community for
this kind of business so in the year 2000 I made it my retirement
project. I started out with a small building that would hold 2 to
4 dogs and gradually over the years increased it by buying and renovating
a bigger building with the in floor heat that makes a very comfortable
home away from home for everyone's pets. The dogs have individual
runs of about 5' x 20' outdoors and a large well fenced in area of
100' x 200' for ample exercise.
I have made my prices within reach of all my clients with a reduced
price for seniors. The year 2005 I took early retirement and with
my love for animals I have been enjoying my work out here at the kennels.
My Husband and I invite all who need boarding for their pets to give
us a call and book a place for your pet when you need to be away from
home. They will get TLC from us and we will do our best to keep them
happy safe and healthy for the duration of their stay. Skip
the yard dog
This is Skip. He's a Jack Russell Terrier.
He plays an important roll at the Boarding Kennels. He is our guest
greeter and exerciser. He spends a lot of time running up and down
the outside of the compound while the visiting dogs do the same on
the inside. He gives them lots of exercise. He's the typical bouncy
Jack Russell that keeps close tabs on his territory but takes time
out to sit with you on the chesterfield while always watching what's
going on in the yard though the window. Our kennels would be lost
without our Skip to welcome us home at the end of the day if we've
been away.
Kennel boarding prices 1 dog 15.00 a day
2 dogs 20.00 a day
Additional dogs $5.00 a day per dog
Our day starts at 7 am and I stay open up to 11 pm for late pickups.
